I’m an accountant, a financial advisor, a mortgage broker and a financial literacy coach. And a mum to 3 grown boys and 2 fur babies.

Week 3:
Create your action plan

Our third 90-minute call will be using those big picture dreams you created in our first 2 weeks session, and map out a month by month action plan so you can start each day knowing exactly where to focus your time and energy for maximum growth and profit. In this session we will also look at your sales and marketing strategy to map out a complete sales and marketing strategy for 2025 so that you are clear on what actions you need to take to grow your business faster.

Week 4:
Chaos to Clarity: Streamline Your Systems for Business Growth

In our fourth and final week together, we will look at my daily, weekly and monthly tasks that I use to keep myself motivated and to keep my business on track to reaching its goals. We will look at what Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) you need to keep an eye on to ensure continued growth in your business. You will also set up the simple systems and structures that make sticking to your action plan easy to make sure that you are in control of your business.

  • I can’t make the live call. Will you be running it again?
